Since childhood, Cindy battled with mental health and addiction troubles, however it wasn’t until a major horse riding accident left her paralyzed. Through rehabilitation, yoga and meditation, Cindy was able to regain movement and strength.
Additionally, her yoga and meditation practice also helped calm the mind. For the first time in her life, Cindy was able to regain sobriety and is now a huge advocate for mental health through yoga. Along with her son, Cobb, Cindy has developed a system of yoga classes, tutorials and daily articles that will help others grow through yoga.
